Specializing in adoption law since 1986, Nanci is a California Adoption attorney who graduated from UCLA and received her law degree from Southwestern University in 1981.

Nanci prides herself on her committed devotion to adoption family law. Her legal experience and knowledge as a California adoption attorney ensures that your legal issues will be handled promptly and efficiently. As adoption facilitators, Nanci and her caring staff always make it their priority to protect the interests’ of  Birth Mothers , adoptive parents, and adopted children.

Professional Affiliations

Nanci is a member in good standing with the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys (AAAA) - an association of adoption lawyers and attorneys, judges, and law professors in the U.S. and Canada who are dedicated to high standards of adoption law practice.

Because of her affiliation with AAAA, Nancy strongly adheres to the Association’s Code of Ethics. Membership is by invitation only - based on criteria for excellence in the adoption practice. As a California adoption attorney, Nanci competently and professionally handles all facets of interstate adoptions.

Nanci and her staff takes the confusion out of the adoption process – making it easier for all parties involved.  Nanci understands complexities involved in fulfilling the requirements of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC). Over the years, she has built strong working relationships with numerous Compact Administrators nationwide.

Deborah has worked with Adoption Center of Northern California since 1986.  With her positive, caring attitude, she is highly competent and experienced with the California adoption process.

She works with the following adoption professionals statewide to ensure a smooth adoption for clients: Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children (ICPC), Compact Administrators and AAAA attorneys.

Marcia’s cheerful voice and soothing manner provides constant reassurance throughout your adoption process. She is kind and caring, and is always there to lend a helping hand.

Marcia’s role as both friend and facilitator is invaluable. She keeps birth mothers and adoptive parents informed and connected throughout the entire adoption process.
